Both key cards and locks can be programmed to allow or restrict access to different parts of the building. And the information stored in the key card can be transferred to a computer to provide precise audit trail information about where and when each lock has been used including the date, time and whether access was allowed or denied.

AElement is an RFID lock allows you to integrate all your physical security needs into one stylish, energy efficient, reliable wire-free system. The minimalistic design of its RFID reader looks stylish and discreet on any door and it is available in two contemporary colours – Pearl Black and Ice White. It can also be combined with a wide range of designer handles.
Incorporating SALTO’s new DNA technology, AElement enables users to choose between the on-line and off-lin world as all Hotel locks are designed to be wireless ready right out of the box, users simply choose the mode of operation they want “Wireless on-line” or “Wireless ready”.
And, like all SALTO products, it is NFC (Near Field Communication) technology compatible allowing guests to access their room with their NFC enabled mobile phone.
