As Siemens partners we are pleased to offer the integration of access control with time and attendance with the new Thinking Software. This unique product allows the clients’ access control system to be integrated with access control which allows the staff to use their card or key fob access into the building as well as recording their time of entry and exit.
The standard Entro and Granta card access systems illustrated elsewhere on this site provides clients with basic time recording. This will record times of entry and exit and provide a summary of the staff members working hours together with a total for the number of hours worked by staff member or software department. This software works in conjunction with the ‘Granta ‘and ‘Entro’ access control system and will provide a more in depth report as shown below.
If you are only looking to record entry and exit times with a basic counter that calculates time worked on site we strongly recommend that you choose a small card access system such as Granta as this will be easier, less expensive and require very little training. Or contact us.
If however you are looking for a proper time and attendance system we recommend the new Thinking software as this will also link to a standard card access system allowing the card system and the T and A to be combined.
