Security Systems Maintenance
All security and access systems need to be serviced and maintained if they are to be kept in good working order. Ansador Ltd offers a variety of maintenance schemes to all of our customers to ensure the systems are not only kept in good order but that an engineer is available should a breakdown happen. Service agreements are available on request allowing the customer to take out a fixed price agreement which will cover all labour charges involved in the upkeep of the system. The agreement also includes maintenance visits during the course of the year to ensure the system is kept in tip top condition.
SERVICING can be arranged to suit the user. In certain circumstances an appointment can be made to minimise disruption and keep down time to a minimum. All our engineers are trained and are familiar with the systems found on the market today. The engineers are equipped with mobile phones and are in constant contact with head office and its information resources.
24 Hour Cover is available on request. This guarantees that should an emergency arise an engineer can be contacted using our automatic call routing system. When there is a problem and an engineer is required, customers with service agreements have the facility to log the faults via this website. When the agreement is taken out log-in details will be sent to the customer enabling them to use this service.

Online Support System
For all our maintenance service agreements our clients are provided with access to our newly upgraded fault reporting system. This allows all our clients to quickly and easily report any faults with their security equipment, and allows us to quickly and efficiently arrange for an engineer to get in touch to help resolve the fault. Our online fault reporting system allows us to prioritize your fault to give you the most efficient service.
Our online support system also helps you keep track of all open faults, closed faults and previous faults allowing you to keep track of all the maintenance of your security equipment. It also means you are kept up to date with every point of the fault resolution service, emailing and logging all updates and correspondence based on your preferences.
We also provide an update to date knowledge base through our fault reporting system, allowing our clients all the information they need to keep their equipment running as efficiently as possible.
