ID Badges

Photo ID Badge Systems are now available in a range of formats from conventional Polaroid systems to digital systems with dye sublimation printers.

The Polaroid system utilizes a camera, cropper and laminator to produce an ID badge for any organization from clubs to commercial applications. The new range of systems allow the image to be captured on a digital camera and then printed along with other information such as department name, company logo, etc. The image is now printed on dye sublimation printers which provides high quality prints from a drag and drop design software package. Holograms and distinctive security background can be incorporated to improve security.

The cards can then be retained on a computer in reception to compare the card holder with the captured image.

ID badges are now a requirement in many commercial environments.

New dye-sublimation card printers and digital cameras offer high quality badges at an affordable price, especially when combined with access cards.

It is now possible to buy a simple ID badge system that will simply allow you to produce customised ID badges with or without images of the staff  on the card.
We provide systems for commercial organisations, clubs ,sports clubs, health clubs, exhibitions etc.
The standard systems allow the user to print individual names, Company logos as well as fixed text such as Department, courses attended, bar codes etc.

The ID badge can also have a magnetic strip or bar code on the reverse side of the card or even a unique chip with specific information about the user such as blood group, title, Health and safety information etc.(see smart cards)

Visitor  Badge Systems. This is a growing requirement. Gone are the days of using a hand written book in reception. The new visitor management systems allow building managers to create professional Visitor passes at reception with or without a photo on the badge. The badge would have pre-printed health and safety instructions on the reverse side. The visitor pass can also be set up to provide limited access into the building by printing onto an access card for the building.
