Security Systems Maintenance
All security and access systems must be serviced and maintained if they are to be kept in good working order. Ansador Ltd offers a variety of maintenance schemes to all our customers to ensure the systems are not only kept in good order but an engineer is available should a breakdown happen. Service agreements are available on request allowing the customer to take out a fixed price agreement which will cover all labor charges involved in the upkeep of the system. The agreement also includes maintenance visits during the course of the year to ensure the system is kept in tip top condition.
SERVICING can be arranged to suit the user. In certain circumstances an appointment can be made to minimise disruption and keep down time to a minimum. All our engineers are trained and are familiar with the systems found on the market today. The engineers are equipped with mobile phones and are in constant contact with head office and its information resources. |

24 Hour Cover is available on request. This gurantees that should an emergency arise an engineer can be contacted using our automatic call routing system.
When there is a problem and an engineer is required, customers with service agreements have the facility to log the faults via this website. When the agreement is taken out log-in details will be sent to the customer enabling them to use this service. This facility is available regardless of which level is chosen
