Bronze Service Level Schedule

We will attend any breakdown within a maximum of 16 working hours of being notified by telephone call of the breakdown.  If the notification is received before 10.00 am, our engineers will attend the same day.

We will attend any emergency notified by telephone call on the same day.

We will provide a telephone help-line at all times during normal working hours.

For the purpose of this Service Level Schedule, normal working hours are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

All charges relating to labour will be charged at the standard Ansador rate.

Parts will be chargeable
