Fault Login Panel
To provide a more efficient service, clients who have taken out a service agreement with our Company are able to log their requirements for service calls via this internet portal.
To log a fault with our service department simply type in the service agreement number.
Then enter your password and click 'login'.
You will then be taken to the log in point which allows you to register a service request and view any pervious requests you have made.
When you have submitted the request you will receive your confirmation e mail that the service department have received the request.
Please Note: We have upgraded our fault reporting system, your username and password has remained the same, you may log in below with your previously allocated details.
