| Salto Wireless Card Access System |
| Description: |
ANSADOR are pleased to announce they now supply and
install the SALTO Access Control System, a new concept in
securing buildings by overcoming the limitations of traditional
wiring needed for access control systems.
The card readers are built into the door handles allowing a wire
free installation. The user simply offers the pre-programmed
card to the door handle to unlock the door.

The SALTO solution is based on a new electronic locking system
that offers a choice of different card readers built into the door
handle including…
- iButton ID-carrier
- Smart Card
- Proximity Card
The system will still offer all the advantages of a wired system though including
- Full audit trail
- Access level and time zones
- Integration with door intercom and CCTV
- External rated readers
- Linked to a pc for ease of management.
Together with
- Stand alone electronic locks for individual doors which not only ‘read’ but also ‘write’ to cards
- Wired ‘on-line’ readers reporting to a PC
- Stand alone readers
- Supporting Access Management System
- Cabinet locks with built in card reader
The audit trail for the ‘stand alone’ locks and readers is downloaded onto the card whenever it is used, which then downloads onto the ‘on-line’ system when it is used on that reader. For ‘stand alone’ locks only a hand held Portable Programming Device is used which acts as a messenger between the door and the PC for programming and downloading information.
Different finishes are available including stainless steel brass etc. The handle sets can be retro fitted to existing lock cases depending on the case.
The ANSADOR team will be pleased to provide more information and demonstrate the benefits of the new SALTO system
