The UK's First SIaaS Provider

Security Infrastructure
as a Service.

Security Infrastructure as a Service (SIaaS) is the managed, AI-powered alternative to traditional fire and security installation. Subscription pricing replaces capex. Predictive maintenance replaces reactive callouts. Continuous compliance evidence replaces year-end scrambles. One contract covers the lot, across every site you operate.

Why SIaaS exists

The traditional model is broken.

Most estates teams are running a stack they did not choose. One supplier on the fire detection. Another on the intruder system. Someone else on access control. The CCTV is on a separate maintenance schedule entirely. Every contract renews on a different cycle. Every supplier carries a different escalation path. Every audit pack has to be assembled by hand from binders, spreadsheets, and emails that someone has to find.

When something fails, the finger-pointing starts. When the auditor arrives, the binders come out. When a building needs an upgrade, three suppliers are quoted, two surveyors visit the same risers, and the project lands six months late and over budget.

We have spent forty years inside this problem. We know what it costs an estates team in time, in stress, and in the conversations they end up having with their CFO. SIaaS is the answer we have built specifically for the people who run those estates. One provider, one platform, one accountable outcome, across every site, every system, every standard. Not a cleverer maintenance contract. A different operating model.

What's included

One subscription. Everything covered.

A typical Ansador SIaaS contract brings these capabilities under a single accountable provider, scoped to your estate and tier.

Fire detection & life safety

Designed, installed and monitored to BS 5839, BS 9991 and BS EN 54. Continuous testing. Compliance evidence packs aligned to the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Act 2021.

Electronic security

Intruder alarms to BS EN 50131, access control, CCTV with AI video analytics. NSI Gold accredited Alarm Receiving Centre.

AI-driven monitoring

24/7 anomaly detection. Predictive maintenance powered by purpose-built AI agents. Issues fixed before they become incidents.

Portfolio dashboard

Real-time visibility across every site, every system. One screen. Estates teams, security teams and the board all read from the same source of truth.

Outcome-based SLAs

We commit to uptime, response time, and compliance evidence delivery, not hours on site. The contract pays for outcomes.

Continuous upgrade

No more capex cycles. Hardware and software are upgraded inside the subscription as standards, threats and your estate evolve.

How it works

From legacy estate to SIaaS,
in three phases.

Most enterprise estates are not greenfield. The Ansador SIaaS programme is designed to bring legacy systems into a single subscription contract over six to twelve months.

PHASE 01

Maturity Assessment

A scored audit of your current estate: fire, security, life safety, AI readiness and maintenance posture. We tell you what stays, what upgrades, and what's end of life. You keep the report regardless of whether we work together.

PHASE 02

Architecture & transition

A 30-minute architecture call defines the SIaaS contract: scope, SLAs, dashboard, evidence cadence, transition phasing. Legacy systems are migrated into the subscription on a defined schedule.

PHASE 03

Always-on operation

Your estate is monitored 24/7 with AI-driven anomaly detection. Predictive maintenance handles issues before they escalate. Compliance evidence is continuous. You have one number to call. We have one job: keep it running.

GOT QUESTIONS?

SIaaS, answered.

What is Security Infrastructure as a Service (SIaaS)?
SIaaS is a managed-service model that delivers fire safety, electronic security, and life safety systems under a single subscription contract. The provider designs, installs, monitors, maintains, and reports on the entire infrastructure. The client pays a predictable recurring fee. SIaaS replaces the traditional capex-led installation model with an opex subscription that includes predictive maintenance, AI-driven monitoring, and continuous compliance evidence.
How is SIaaS different from a maintenance contract?
A traditional maintenance contract covers reactive callouts and scheduled visits against an existing system you already own. SIaaS covers the system itself, the monitoring, the predictive maintenance, the upgrades, and the compliance evidence under one subscription. There is no capex outlay, no separate purchase of hardware, and no fragmented vendor stack. The provider is contractually accountable for outcomes, not just hours on site.
Who is SIaaS suitable for?
SIaaS is designed for multi-site UK enterprises operating in regulated environments where uptime and compliance are non-negotiable. Typical clients include NHS trusts, private healthcare groups, data centre operators, financial services, universities, government estates, life sciences, and hospitality groups managing more than ten sites. Annual estate spend on fire and security typically exceeds £100,000.
How is SIaaS priced?
SIaaS is priced as a monthly or quarterly subscription per site, with the rate determined by site complexity, system scope, response SLA, and the level of AI monitoring included. Pricing is fully predictable across the contract term. There is no upfront capex, although clients with existing infrastructure can opt for a transition phase that brings legacy systems into the SIaaS contract over six to twelve months.
Is SIaaS compatible with our existing systems?
Yes. The Ansador SIaaS programme begins with a Security Infrastructure Maturity Assessment that audits the existing estate and identifies which systems can be brought under the SIaaS contract immediately, which need upgrade, and which are end of life. A typical estate transitions in three phases over twelve months.
Why choose Ansador for SIaaS in the UK?
Ansador has decades of fire and security delivery experience since 1982, NSI Gold and BAFE accreditations, and a client base that includes NHS Foundation Trust children's hospitals, leading private hospitals, and London local authorities. Ansador is the first UK integrator to operate an AI-First internal model using purpose-built AI agents, which we now bring to client estates under the SIaaS contract.
