Francis founded Ansador in 1982. As Chairman, along with being the company’s leading representative, Francis is very much hands on and works day-to-day with clients, some of which he has continued to work with since the 80s; this is no doubt down to his direct engagement and ability to communicate at all levels.
Francis is renowned for his security risk assessments and is the go-to for clients and consultants alike due to his expert knowledge having worked in the industry for 40 years. He conducts thorough RTV assessments, first establishing the problem, then providing the best system solution, as well as follow ups on operational requirements. Francis is extremely practical and when he’s not busy leading the Ansador team, enjoys carpentry and woodwork as a hobby. He lives in Sussex and has two children.
With over 15 years experience, Alex joined Ansador in 2008 beginning his career as an engineer. Through the company’s top training and development focus, Alex then grew in to a system surveyor and designer role, followed by Commercial Director and finally the role of MD that he has taken on for the past three years. Through working in different areas of the company, the knowledge and skillset that Alex provides to the team means that he is able to lead with conviction day to day.
Whilst he is staunchly committed to the company continuing its outstanding reputation in service and delivery, Alex prides himself in combining that with approachability, which he feels gets the best out of his team. He says ‘’I am extremely proud of the team we have working at Ansador, and as MD it’s a pleasure to be able to say that over 75% of our staff have been with us for over five years, which I think is testament to not only our dedicated training and development programmes, but their own dedication and loyalty to the company as well.’’ Alex lives in Central London with his wife and has a passion for classic cars and golf.
Daniel joins Ansador with a wealth of knowledge from his 20 years’ experience in the Fire and Security Industry. His experience spans multiple sectors, including Corporate & Global Clients, Public Sector and the Construction Industry. He is well known for his meticulous attention to detail, his high standards and takes immense pride in his work.
Daniel leads his team by example, eliciting high levels of detail and impeccable customer relations, building upon Ansador’s outstanding reputation having been trading for over 40 years. He says, “clients often tell me they admire how I can provide the intricate technical detail as well as a solution, in which I take great pride. I can bridge that gap for the end user, in terms of understanding the solution they want, while providing the relevant technical and commercial detail they require.”
Daniel draws on his experience to not only expand on existing sales, but to develop the business into new areas. He works collaboratively with the well respected delivery team within the organisation to lead the best team possible from the front.
Daniel lives in Surrey with his wife and daughter; he is a cycling enthusiast and keen golfer.
George is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery ensuring a high standard of deliverables and timescales are met on every occasion.
As a qualified electrician by trade, he has worked in all areas of the industry from ground up so there is nothing that escapes his keen eye!
With a hands-on approach, George leads the projects department from the front managing the team from administrators, CAD engineers and commissioning managers through to project managers, contract managers and commercial managers. This no doubt contributes to our 100% track record of project milestones being completed on time and to budget.
He says “I like to think I’m an approachable person and always prefer to meet people face to face or over video conference. I’ve spent over 30 years in this industry and prefer to work with people and collaborate wherever possible – it makes life easier for everyone!”
George lives in Central London, is married with one daughter, and is a very keen golfer!
Paul has worked with high growth businesses since 2000 following his BSc at Surrey University. He has a solid background in sale and acquisition of portfolio and infrastructure projects involving blue chips and private equity. Furthermore, Paul’s experience in budgeting, modelling and construction management of buildings and infrastructure project delivery gives him a fantastic edge when it comes to the knowledge and expertise he brings to the Ansador team. Paul is married and lives in Surrey with his two children. Having grown up on the South Coast Paul has close connections with the New Forest and is a keen sailor.
