Professional Services Engineer

Key skills: Self-motivated, experience with Commissioning, servicing and troubleshooting of Enterprise level Security Systems.

Overview of the position:

• Ansador Profession Services Engineer with a minimum of 5 years previous experience working in Servicing and Commissioning at enterprise level 

• Extensive knowledge of Intruder, Access Control, Intercom and CCTV systems

• Commission Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, and Intercom systems.

• Support other engineers over the phone with technical questions

• Attend technical escalations raised from service visits

• Support Projects and Small works with technical queries, where requested

• Carry out training sessions with both customers and engineers, as required

• A good knowledge of IP Networks, SQL, MS Windows/Server.

• Aware of GDPR and Data handling

• Excellent communication skills to end user required

• Work to a high standard and flag installations / engineers that do not meet this standard

• Knowledge of a wide variety of systems including:

• CCTV: Avigilon, Hanwha Techwin, Cathexis, American Dynamics

• Access Control: Vanderbilt – SiPass Integrated/Granta, Salto, C-Cure 9000, Gallagher,ACT

• Intercom: Commend, Comelit, BPT

• Intruder: Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom
