Ansador were awarded the contract to provide a CCTV, structured cabling and public Wi-Fi system to the mixed-use Greenford Quay development that consists of 1,965 purpose-built new homes, and approximately 185,000 sq. ft of commercial and retail space. The project required a strong cohesive approach to the installation throughout the site, combining our long standing technology partnerships with seamless delivery.
Ansador provided a CCTV system solution along with structured cabling and the entire public Wi-Fi system, both of which, but the latter particularly, required a certain level of expertise, skill and technology. The structured cabling for the development was run through underground ducts, electrical risers and radio links, where physical runs were not possible. All external cameras were mounted on ornamental lampposts and towers alike, in order to avoid installing cameras onto any building facades. Ansador successfully handed over mid 2019.
