Overview:
➢ To service security systems in accordance with British standards
➢ To extend small fire and security systems as part of small works packages
➢ Facilitate and support the growth of the engineering business in line with company strategy
➢ To carry out routine maintenance of fire and security systems in accordance with British standards and company engineering procedures ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed appropriately
➢ To diagnose faults and provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and routine visits
➢ To be available for the emergency call rota in order for the company to provide on-call 24 hour emergency support
➢ Contribute to both service and installation departments providing support where necessary
Experience Required:
➢ To reside within an acceptable commuting distance from the office location
➢ Minimum of three years working within the fire and security industry
➢ Extensive knowledge of Fire, Intruder, Access Control and CCTV Systems
➢ Good verbal and written communication skills
➢ Confident, assertive and professional
➢ Resilient, dependable and committed
➢ Flexibility in time management to meet objectives
➢ Full clean UK driving license
Desirable:
➢ A good working knowledge of the following systems:
• IP & Analogue CCTV
• Enterprise Level Access Control
• Door Entry
• Intruder Alarms

Overview:
➢ Providing a critical support role to the wider sales function
➢ Provide an accurate assessment of project costs for fire and or security installations
➢ Responsible for progressing internal and external customer enquiries, interpreting specifications/drawings and strictly adhering to pre-defined project deadlines
➢ Responsible for drawing take-off`s, supplier and sub-contractor quotations
➢ Day to day production of minor works quotes
➢ Post order design, ensuring complete value engineered package is passed to the operations team for implementation
➢ Liaise with colleagues, M&E contractors, consultants and End Users to fill in the information gaps
➢ Ensure full alignment with Corporate Objectives and compliance with internal procedures
➢ Assisting Logistics Manager in completing PQQ`s and ITT`s when required
Experience Required:
➢ Qualified to A-Level / HNC standard or relevant experience
➢ Organised with an eye for detail
➢ Strong numerical and analytical skills
➢ Enthusiastic with a real desire to learn
➢ Ability to multi-task and set clear priorities
➢ PC Literate, fluent in MS Office Packages (Word, Excel etc.)
Desirable:
➢ Experience of AutoCAD
➢ Experience within the M&E / Construction sector
➢ Experience with Electronic Fire or Security Systems

Overview:
➢ Reporting directly to Commercial Director
➢ Provide administrative support for the sales team.
➢ Communicate and collaborate with other members of the sales team.
➢ Coordinate information and process documentation.
➢ Collect and fabricate spreadsheets detailing project costs when required.
➢ Assisting in the day to day sales function including the sales and dispatch of all access cards and accessories to both new and existing clients.
➢ Prepare take offs and raise subcontractor orders when assisting with projects.
➢ To check supplier and sub-contractor invoices against estimate/sub contract orders.
➢ Assist & produce O&M documentation when involved with a project.
➢ Assist sales department in reviewing existing service and maintenance contracts against previous years engineer visits including time on site.
➢ To join an expanding energetic sales team based in London.
Experience Required:
➢ Experience within sales and administration for minimum of 5 years.
➢ Background of process and logistical orientated tasks.
➢ Work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met accordingly.
➢ Good written abilities with Maths & English qualifications would be desirable.
➢ Good team player.
➢ Organised and presentable.
➢ Excellent telephone manner.
➢ Computer literate with coherent skills in excel and word.
➢ Clean UK driving license.
